Ambulances wait 4 hours in line at Bulacan Medical Center

Ambulances carrying patients had to line up outside the Bulacan Medical Center for as long as four hours on Saturday due to the sheer number of patients seeking medical attention, according to a report on “24 Oras Weekend.”

While in line, medical workers examined the patients inside the vehicles, the report said. The frontliners would also get the patients’ information.

Meanwhile, other patients are currently staying in tents.

The provincial government said it Bulacan reports 300 cases per day, leading to a shortage of COVID-19 beds at the Bulacan Infection Control Center.

It said this was also the reason behind the delay in the admission of patients. -MDM, GMA News
