Peasant leader abducted in Muñoz, Nueva Ecija

Franco Corpuz, the vice chairman of peasant organization, Alyansa ng mga Magsasaka sa Gitnang Luzon (AMGL) was abducted by unidentified men in Nueva Ecija province on Friday. Carl Ala, information officer of the Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas (KMP), told GMANews.TV on Saturday that the men barged into Corpuz's home in Pandalla, Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, and forced Corpuz's family to lay face down, before they took the AMGL leader, early Friday.
