Partially vaccinated tourists still required to present negative RT-PCR test result in Boracay
Boracay-bound tourists who are partially vaccinated against COVID-19 would still be required to present a negative RT-PCR test result, according to the local government unit.
According to a 24 Oras Weekend report on Saturday, tourists must still pass through the Caticlan Airport.
Starting November 16, negative RT-PCR test results will no longer be required for fully vaccinated tourists, Aklan Governor Florencio Miraflores said on Friday.
Tourists, however, must present their vaccination certificates, secured from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
Vaccination cards issued by local government units will also be accepted as long as they have QR codes. — Richa Noriega/VBL, GMA News
