Classes in Antipolo suspended from January 17 to 29, 2022
The local government of Antipolo announced the suspension of classes from January 17 to 29 to give time to ill teachers, students and other school personnel to rest and recover.
The suspension of classes will be imposed for both physical and virtual classes in all levels, both in public and private schools.
Meanwhile, the semestral break scheduled from January 31 to February 5 will still push through, the city government said.
On Thursday, the City of Manila also announced a health break for students and teachers in both public and private schools in Manila from January 14 to 21.
Mayor Isko Moreno announced that there would be no classes in all levels in both public and private schools in the city to reduce the anxiety level of the teachers and students following the rise of COVID-19 infections. — Anna Felicia Bajo/RSJ, GMA News
