Newborn found in cemetery in Koronadal City

A baby wrapped in banana leaves was found beside a cemetery in Koronadal City, according to a report on "24 Oras".

Netizen Newton Mendoza said it was his uncle who found the newborn whom they initially thought was a doll. Their family, however, was surprised when they realized it was a naked baby wrapped only in banana leaves.

The foundling was immediately rushed to the hospital and is now in a stable condition.
