15 persons rescued after Ferris wheel malfunctioned in Camarines Norte

At least 15 persons were stranded in a Ferris wheel that malfunctioned in the town of Daet in Camarines Norte on Friday evening, according to a report on "Saksi."

They were rescued by the authorities.
