Factory worker alleged to be member of criminal gang arrested in Batangas

Authorities arrested in Batangas a factory worker who is allegedly a member of the Concepcion Criminal Gang, according to Police Regional Office 5 (PRO-5) on Thursday.

The arrested person was 38-year-old Jomar Nisola Saysay, a native of Barangay Bariw, Libon, Albay.

He was arrested by operatives of PRO-5 in Barangay Natatas, Tanauan City, Batangas on Tuesday.

Saysay is facing charges of kidnapping and illegal detention before the Ligao Regional Trial Court Branch 13 in Albay.

The suspect is now in the custody of Libon police. —VBL, GMA News
