Man dies from electrocution on flooded Cavite street
A man in Cavite died after he was electrocuted while wading in floodwater brought by typhoon Paeng over the weekend.
A CCTV footage caught victim Macario Domingo Jr. braving the flood and then leaning on a lamp post before falling down, according to a report on "24 Oras."
