Lolo stabbed by 22-year-old grandson in Ilocos Sur

A 22-year-old stabbed his grandfather in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur.

According to Raffy Tima's report on "24 Oras", the victim was identified as Eusebio Quitasol, 62.

The suspect was identified as his grandson JV Alconcel, 22.

The investigation showed that the suspect stabbed his grandfather in the chest.

“Parang yung matanda, sinasabihan niya na nagbibigay siya ng problema sa kanyang pamilya kasi yung suspek is maraming kaso base sa ating e-rogue," said Police Capt. Allan Reoliquio, officer in charge of the Caoayan Police Station.

The victim said he would no longer file a complaint against his grandson.

In Laoag City, an 18-year-old died after he was stabbed by a former co-member of a group.

The victim was identified as Mark Vincent Toledo, 18.

The suspect was identified as Alexis Sta. Maria, 19.

The attack happened after an argument.

"Pagkatapos ay nagkaroon sila ng suntukan hanggang sa 'yun, nasaksak itong biktima," said Police Lt. Col. Joseph Baltazar, chief of the Laoag City Police Station.

The suspect would not give his comment on what happened.
