Missing 19-year-old found stabbed to death in Aklan creek

A 19-year-old woman was found dead in a creek at a grassy portion of Barangay Torralba in Banga, Aklan.

According to the report on Saksi of Sarah Hilomen-Velasco of GMA Regional TV One Mindanao, investigation showed that the victim's body had at least seven stab wounds.

Her head is also suspected to have been hit. She also had wounds on both her eyes.

The victim had been missing for almost four days when her body was found.

In Sibagat, Agusan del Sur, a woman was found dead in a canal.

Police said her bloodied body was naked and is suspected to have been raped.

The victim, who had yet to be identified, was estimated to be between 20 to 30 years old. —NB, GMA Integrated News
