SUV driver mistakes river for flooded road in Pampanga

An SUV fell into a river in Minalin, Pampanga after its driver mistook the body of water for a flooded road.

According to a report on "State of the Nation," the Korean driver was on his way to Olongapo City from Mannila when the accident happened.

The driver was said to have initially taken the North Luzon Expressway but found himself in Minalin after a navigation app guided him to the town to avoid traffic.
