Man tries to steal sack of rice on top of truck in Cebu, falls

The moment a man tried to steal a sack of rice from a truck and failed was caught on camera, according to a report of GMA Regional TV Balitang Bisdak on "Saksi."

A video showed a man who climbed on top of truck, which was transporting sacks of rice, and pulled out one sack.

The man, however, fell off the truck when it moved forward.

He can be seen on video leaving the sack of rice on the road and walking away with a limp.

The truck riders noticed what happened and was able to retrieve the sack of rice that was left on the road.

Cebu City Police Office Station 3 Chief Police Major Efren Diaz said they already identified the suspect and are waiting for complainant so a case can be filed. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
