Four water spouts or ipo-ipo sighted off Garcia Hernandez in Bohol

At least four water spouts or ipo-ipo were observed off the shore of Garcia Hernandez town in Bohol province, according to a report on "State of the Nation" Thursday.

In the video of Luisita Baguhin-Johnston, they observed the water spouts for about two hours before they disappeared and was followed by rainfall.

There were no casualties or damage to property reported.
