Bulacan warehouse fires now 'under control' —BFP

The fire that hit two warehouses in Barangay Libtong in Meycauayan, Bulacan on Tuesday evening is now under control, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said on Wednesday.

According to Super Radyo dzBB’s Luisito Santos, the BFP - Bulacan declared “fire under control” as of 11:02 a.m.

The fire started at about 9:11 p.m. on Tuesday and was raised to fourth alarm around 10 p.m.

BFP - Bulacan reported that the warehouses hit by the fire were used to store general merchandise and school supplies, which is one of the reasons the firefighters found it difficult to put the fire under control.
