Female NBI agent waves gun at resto-bar staff in Bacolod

An NBI agent is in hot water after she allegedly waved her gun at a resto-bar staff in Bacolod City, according to a State of the Nation report by Jonathan Andal on Tuesday.

Initial investigation by police revealed that the female agent went back to the establishment looking for her jacket and mobile phone at a resto-bar. The victim stated claimed the valuables were not there.

CCTV footage showed while the agent was talking to the waiter and later the bar manager outside the resto-bar, she drew out her handgun, and waved it at the waiter and bar manager while they were in the middle of their conversation.

NBI Bacolod has since apologized to the resto-bar management and staff, but the waiter said he is firm on filing charges against the suspect who is also facing possible disciplinary action.—RF, GMA Integrated News
