29-year-old mother strangled with shoelace in Baguio
A 29-year-old mother was robbed and strangled to death with a shoelace inside her house in Baguio City.
According to the report on "Saksi" by CJ Torida of GMA Regional TV One North Central Luzon, Kamille Daye Biscocho was left at home with her two-year-old child when the crime happened.
Her child was spared.
Kamille was talking on the phone with her husband before the incident.
The call was reportedly dropped after the victim said that there were people inside their home.
She could no longer be contacted after the line got cut.
"Nagsisimula pa lang kami na mangarap at tuparin yung mga pangarap namin bilang mag-asawa. Sana po, sumuko na lang po kayo. 'Yun na lang po ang hinihiling ko sa inyo. Pagbayaran niyo yung ginawa niyo sa asawa ko," Kamille's husband said.
(We were just starting to dream and fulfill our dreams as husbnd and wife. I hope that you will surrender. That's all I ask. Pay for what you have done to my wife.)
Initial investigation showed that their helper also left the house. When she got back, she found Kamille already down.
CCTV footage showed three men coming out of the family's compound.
"We are trying to identify those three," Baguio City Police Office-Station 1 commander Police Major Julius Bansinga said. —NB, GMA Integrated News
