1,200 residents affected by floods in Davao de Oro receive help from GMA Kapuso Foundation

A total of 1,200 residents affected by the recent flooding in Nabunturan, Davao de Oro received help from the GMA Kapuso Foundation

According to "24 Oras," Wednesday, among those who received help was Shirley Jordan, who had to use air bed as a makeshift floater to evacuate her grandchildren.

Meanwhile, another affected resident had no choice but to wait for the rescuers so they could evacuate.

Mahirap makipagsapalaran," Julieta Cielo said.

Aside from this, their livelihoods are also heavily affected.

To help those affected, GMA Kapuso Foundation distributed food packs in Barangay Mipangi.
