14-year-old girl found dead after meeting boyfriend in Davao City

A 14-year-old girl was found dead after she went out to meet her boyfriend in Davao City.

According to a report on GMA Regional TV One Mindanao, the victim called a sibling to ask for help.

Her body was found with a head wound in a vacant lot in Barangay Bato on Wednesday after midnight.

CCTV footage showed that the minor was seen with a man outside a business establishment.

The victim's boyfriend was later arrested and confessed to the crime.

The suspect reportedly said that he hit the victim with a rock.
