Man's body found floating in Cebu pier

The body of a 61-year-old man was found floating near the Cebu City pier, according to a "Saksi" report.

Fishermen saw the dead man, who has been missing for three days.

The victim’s wife said that they had an argument shortly before he went missing on Feb. 27.
