Grade 12 student dies due to cobra bite in Ilocos Norte

A Grade 12 student was killed after she was bit by a cobra in Banna, Ilocos Norte.

According to a report on "Saksi," the incident happened inside their home while the victim was changing clothes.

The student was initially brought to an herbalist where she got weak and fell unconscious.

The victim was later brought to a hospital where she died.

The cobra who bit the victim was reportedly killed.

The victim's mother said the family caught another cobra in the morning before her daughter got bit.
