6-year-old Kindergarten student in Isabela delivers heartfelt graduation speech

Among the graduates of 2024, a six-year-old Kindergarten student stands out as he impressed his teachers and schoolmates with a heartfelt speech delivered in fluent English, according to the "Good Vibes" report of Raffy Tima on "Saksi."

"My Kindergarten School Year helped me grow braver, smarter, kind-hearted and more grateful," said Maverick Cyrus Velayo, a student at the School of Our Lady of Atocha, Inc. in Alicia, Isabela.

Many were impressed with his speech that he delivered without a copy of a script in hand.

Meanwhile, in Cuapo town, Nueva Ecija there were 10 senior citizens who finished elementary and high school levels.

They expressed their gratitude that they were able to finish school through the Alternative Learning System of the Department of Education. They were given a diploma and "Model of the Youth" award.

In Koronadal City, South Cotabato, a 67-year-old mother graduated from Junior High School with her son as her teacher. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
