Father-and-son reunion during moving-up rites gets over 24 million views


A student who completed junior high school has gone viral after his father, an overseas Filipino worker whom he last saw in 2022, snuck up to him during his moving up ceremony in Bato, Camarines Sur.

According to a report on "24 Oras," netizens were moved by a video uploaded by YouScooper Ali Casili.

 

The video showed  hon Harvey Ralota preparing to walk up the stage with his mother when a man suddenly joined them in the March.

It turned out to be hisfather, who returned from his work in Saudi Arabia to attend his son’s moving-up ceremony.

Harvey broke down and cried and hugged his father tightly before continuing the march,
