Bizman shot dead in Davao Occidental

A businessman was shot dead in Barangay Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental evening on Monday, May 5, 2025.

According to a report by GMA Super Radyo Davao, the 42-year-old victim owned a junk shop in the area.

Based on investigation, the victim was loading metal scrap onto his truck when motorcycle-riding suspects shot him several times.

The suspects fled after the incident.

Authorities recovered six empty shells from a caliber .45 pistol from the crime scene.
