Gwen Garcia behind closest rival in Cebu gubernatorial race partial, unofficial count

Incumbent Governor Gwendolyn Garcia, based on partial and unofficial results, is behind Pam Baricuatro posted on Monday evening.

Baricuatro, PDP-Laban bet, has garnered 939,926 votes while Garcia, running under 1Cebu, has 631,050 votes.

A third candidate, Independent Valeriano Gingco, garnered 28,969 votes.

For the Vice Governor position, Garcia's runningmate Glenn Soco is in first place with 919,962 votes while his closes rival Joselito Rizal running as an independent candidate gained 350,387 votes. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
