18-year-old man hacked to death by uncle in Asturias, Cebu

An 18-year-old man died while his two younger siblings are critically injured after they were hacked with a machete by their uncle in Asturias, Cebu. 

According to a report on “24 Oras” on Thursday, the police said the incident happened while the victims were sleeping in the wee hours of Wednesday. 

Investigation showed that the 46-year-old suspect was assuming that the young man and his wife had an affair. The suspect also had a feud with the victims’ father, the report added. 

The suspect was arrested after surrendering to a local official.
