Family of 4 hurt in Rizal bolo attack

Four members of a family were hurt after they were hacked by their bolo-wielding neighbor in Cainta, Rizal.

According to a Thursday report on “Saksi,” investigation showed that the two parties have a long-standing dispute.

The victims were inside their house when they heard rocks being thrown on their roof.

When the father went outside to check, he was suddenly hacked by the bolo- armed suspect on the torso.

The man’s wife and two children were injured in various parts of their bodies by the suspect when they went to help.

The youngest victim was 16-years-old.

Meanwhile, the suspect was also brought to a hospital after he sustained injuries in the ensuing altercation.

Authorities recovered the bolo used in the attack.
