PAGASA raised Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 over Benguet and 12 other areas at 5 a.m. on Saturday due to Tropical Storm Isang.

It is expected to gradually intensify into a typhoon while approaching the waters south of Hainan, China, according to PAGASA. —KG, GMA Integrated News
