Body of tourist from Manila found near Bangui Bay windmills

VIGAN CITY, Philippines – The body of a tourist from Manila was washed ashore last Friday near the windmills of Bangui Bay in Ilocos Norte, police said Saturday. Jojo Rasay, 30, was last seen by his friends on the beach of Bangui where he took a swim. Police quoted his friends as saying that Rasay was already drunk when he hit the water. The waves in Bangui Bay, where the South China Sea and the Pacific Ocean meet, are usually large at this time of the year. Police have already launched an investigation into the incident. - GMANews.TV
