LOOK: Typhoon Tino devastates parts of the Visayas

Several individuals were stranded and houses were damaged on Tuesday in parts of the Visayas due to severe flooding and strong winds caused by Typhoon Tino on Tuesday.

Rescuers evacuated both people and pets, while some roads were rendered impassable due to fallen trees.

Based on PAGASA’s 11 a.m. weather bulletin, eight areas are under Signal No. 4 due to Typhoon Tino, which was last monitored in the vicinity of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. —Mariel Celine Serquiña/RF, GMA Integrated News
