RCBC Cabuyao temporarily moves operations to Sta. Rosa

MANILA, Philippines - Nearly a week after robbers killed 10 persons at the Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) branch in Cabuyao, Laguna, the branch temporarily moved its operations to Sta. Rosa town. Radio dzBB reported Wednesday noon that while employees of the assaulted RCBC branch tried to adopt a "business as usual" approach, some of them were still jittery even despite tight security provided for the bank. The report said some of the employees indicated the robbers could have taken some P20 million during the heist. Meanwhile, the RCBC management said it will shoulder the burial expenses for the 10 persons shot dead during last week's heist. It said it is also considering to provide scholarships to the children of the fatalities. - GMANews.TV
