Man's rotting body found inside car in Talisay, Negros Occidental

The rotting body of a man was found in the driver’s seat of a car in Talisay, Negros Occidental.

According to the report of GMA Regional TV’s Sendee Salvacio in “Saksi” on Wednesday,  the police said that the car is owned by one of the residents but it has been a long time since it was used. 

Residents noticed the body on Tuesday afternoon after a foul smell began coming from the parked vehicle.

The car's owner said he does not know the person. Authorities are having a hard time identifying the man because of its decomposed state.
