Dog killed with shovel in Leganes, Iloilo

A dog was killed by its owner’s neighbor in Leganes, Iloilo.

According to a report on “State of the Nation,” the dog Toto was found dead at the house of a neighbor after it was hit by a shovel.

The suspect told police investigators that the dog went after his chickens.

He will face complaints for violation of the Animal Welfare Act of 1998 and malicious mischief. –NB, GMA Integrated News
