American national arrested, 7 rescued in Batangas cybersex den raid — PNP-ACG
A 27-year-old American national has been arrested for allegedly facilitating a supposed cybersex den in Nasugbu, Batangas, the Philippine National Police-Anti-Cybercrime Group (ACG) said Wednesday.
In a statement, the ACG said that on January 30, authorities implemented a warrant to search, seize, and examine computer data (WSSECD) against alias “Kanor.”
Seven female victims, who were being trafficked and exploited online, were rescued in the operation.
In a video released by the ACG, the foreigner could be seen in handcuffs while being surrounded by cops. “I want to call my lawyer. My phone is right there,” he told the police officer who was reading to him the Miranda Rights.
The operation stemmed from a complaint filed by 21-year-old “Say” who sought assistance from authorities after allegedly being subjected to online sexual exploitation.
According to her, the suspect, whom she met on an online dating platform, offered her employment as a “model” with a potential earning of around P100,000 monthly.
But when she was transported to Nasugbu, she was allegedly forced to perform sexual acts and coerced into conducting regular live-streamed sexual performances on an online platform.
The suspect allegedly recruited other women and compelled them to engage in sexual activities, according to the complainant.
Victims who attempted to seek help were threatened. The suspect allegedly misrepresented the victims as his romantic partners when confronted by authorities.
On December 22, 2025, Say escaped and reported her experience to authorities.

Livestreaming
“Through sa livestreaming na yun, may mga tokens na binibigay yung mga viewers and one token is equivalent to .06 dollars,” ACG spokesperson Police Lieutenant Wallen Arancillo said.
An initial investigation showed that the suspect had used numerous dating platforms to dupe the victims into believing that he was looking for a serious relationship.
“Papa-ibigin niya, ‘pag nahulog na ang loob, ito ay imbitahan nya na mag meet-up at bibigyan niya ng offer na trabaho na maging model kahit wala ng screening ng ahensya man lang,” ACG acting chief Police Brigadier General Wilson Asueta said.
(The suspect would dupe his victims into believing they would have a relationship and once they've fallen for him, he would invite them and offer them modeling jobs even though there is no screening agency.)
The ACG also said the “suspect recruited other women and compelled them to engage in sexual activities, including threesome acts.”
“They were just forced because natatakot sila, merong threat sa kanila. Sa totoo ayaw nila ito,” Asueta explained.
Kanor is now facing charges for violation of anti-trafficking in persons laws in relation to Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
“The tireless efforts of SDACT reflect the commitment of the PNP ACG to combating cybercrime and ensuring that cybercriminals have no place in the digital environment,” Asueta said.
According to the ACG, authorities have arrested 108 cybercriminals, filed 211 cases and rescued 20 victims from January 1 to 31. — Joviland Rita and Jun Veneracion/RSJ, GMA Integrated News
