Site of deadly LPG blast in Dasmariñas, Cavite not a refilling station - owner
The owner of the Dasmariñas, Cavite home where an explosion killed two persons and ripped through several properties on Thursday said that the residence was not an LPG refilling station, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
"As per owner po, ito po ay hindi LPG refilling station. Ang kanila pong ginagawa, sila po ay nagka-conduct ng servicing and maintenance ng mga LPG cylinder tank. Dito po nila ginagawa, nire-repaint yung mga cylinder tank," SF01 Ephraim Laureles, chief of the intelligence and investigation unit of BFP-Dasmariñas, Cavite, said in Oscar Oida's report on "24 Oras" on Friday.

The BFP is investigating whether the LPG servicing site had the necessary permits, what caused the explosion, and whether negligence occurred.
