Boys aged 12 and 8 are suspects in death of 3-year-old girl
Two minors are the subject of an investigation into the death of a three-year-old girl in Natonin, Mountain Province, according to a report on "Saksi."
The police said they received a report that the 3-year-old victim was missing.
The following day the victim was found dead behind a small chapel.
It was reported that the cause of death of the victim is traumatic brain injury.
The police said the parents of the 12-year-old and 8-year-old suspects gave them up. The mother of the 12-year-old suspect said her child admitted to attacking the 3-year-old.
The two consumed drank alcoholic drinks before they met the victim.
The 12-year-old suspect is in the custody of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). It was recommended that the 8-year-old suspect be also in the custody of the DSWD. — BAP, GMA News
