Palace: 1,000 Antipolo residents receive land titles under 4PH program
Around 1,000 residents of Antipolo City have received their transfer certificates of title (TCTs) under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, Malacañang announced on Monday.
During a press briefing, Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Claire Castro said 200 beneficiaries were from the San Isidro Labrador Homeowners Association in Barangay San Roque, while 800 others were from Sitio Sto. Niño de Pasig in Barangay Sta. Cruz.
“Para sa ibang benepisyaryo, mahigit 25 years ang kanilang hinintay para makamit ang pangarap na titulo ng lupa,” Castro said.
(For some beneficiaries, they waited more than 25 years to achieve their dream of obtaining a land title.)
“Pero dahil sa mga proyekto ng Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development at sa masigasig na trabaho na isinusulong ni Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling sa ahensya, kasiguraduhan sa pabahay ang bunga ng kanilang pag hihintay,” she added.
(But because of the projects of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development and the diligent work being carried out by Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling and the agency, their long wait has resulted in secure housing.)
Castro said the program aims to provide Filipinos with decent housing and secure land ownership.
“Disenteng tahanan at pamumuhay na may dignidad para sa lahat. Ito ang layunin ng Programang Pabahay ni Pangulong Marcos Jr. para sa mga Pilipinong patuloy nagsisikap at nangangarap,” she said.
(Decent housing and a life of dignity for all. This is the goal of President Marcos Jr.'s housing program for Filipinos who continue to work hard and pursue their dreams.)— MCG, GMA News
