Drunk motorcycle rider kicks 2 cyclists in Rizal road rage incident
A drunk motorcycle rider allegedly kicked two cyclists in a road rage incident in Binangonan, Rizal, according to a Saksi report on Tuesday.
In a contributed video, the motorcycle rider could be seen kicking the first cyclist along the Manila East Road, causing the latter to fall and nearly hit a parked truck. The victim sustained injuries to the head, arms and legs.
A few moments later, the motorcycle rider kicked a second cyclist, who managed to stay upright.
One of the cyclists said the motorcycle rider nearly hit him prior to the incident, so he scolded the driver. To his surprise, the suspect reacted violently by kicking him.
The 28-year old motorcycle rider was surrendered to authorities by his own mother. Binangonan Police said that the rider admitted to having consumed alcohol at the time.
Authorities impounded the suspect’s motorcycle for being unregistered. The motorcycle rider faces possible charges of attempted homicide. —Jean Mangaluz/RF, GMA News
