Brig. Gen. Domingo Tutaan Jr, bagong tagapagsalita ng AFP

Hinirang ng bagong tagapagsalita ng Armed Force of the Philippines ang dating hepe ng AFP-Human Rights Office na si Brigadier General Domingo Tutaan Jr. Ito ay matapos ma-promote ang pinalitan nitong si Col. Arnulfo Marcelo Burgos Jr na ngayon ay ang komander ng Civil Military Operations Group. Bukod sa pagiging tagapagsalita, si Tutaan na rin ang magiging Chief of the Office of the Internal Auditor. "Under my stewardship, the office shall be proactive in setting and implementing our agenda in order not to simply react on situations. We will aspire without compromise to have transparency in all our actions," ayon kay Tutaan sa isang pahayag. "The judicious and prudent use of resources, most especially our funds must be the primordial consideration on all our undertakings," dagdag pa niya. Sa isang panayam sa GMA News Online, sinabi na Tutaan na sisikapin niyang pagandahin ang information system ng AFP. "I look forward to this. It will give us an opportunity to advance our information dissemination, and to inform the public what is and what is not," sabi niya.
