Ukraine FM says Russia launched 'hundreds' of drones, missiles overnight

Kyiv's foreign minister said Sunday that Russia had fired "hundreds of drones and missiles" at Ukraine overnight, after officials in the country said strikes by Moscow had wounded at least nine people.

The strikes destroyed residential buildings and "(caused) civilian casualties", Andrii Sybiha said on X, adding: "We must maximise the cost of further escalation for Russia." —Agence France-Presse
