2 kids among 4 hurt in slingshot ride mishap in Spain

Four persons were injured, two of them children, after the cable of a slingshot ride at an amusement park in Seville, Spain suddenly snapped as the ride was in the air.

According to GMA News Unang Balita on Tuesday, video footage showed the exact moment when a cable suddenly snapped, causing the ride with the two kids inside hit a post where another cable was attached to.

The ride almost hit other people on the ground. 

Aside from the two children, two others were struck by debris, authorities said.

The four victims were rushed to a health center for medical treatment, as authorities continue to conduct an investigation. —RF, GMA News
