RAINFALL ALERT: Yellow in parts of Zambales; heavy rains in Rizal, 2 areas (Thursday, 11 a.m.)

A Yellow Rainfall Warning has been raised over parts of Zambales on Thursday morning due to the effects of the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
In its 11 a.m. advisory, PAGASA warned of flooding in flood-prone areas in Botolan and Cabangan in Zambales under the said rainfall warning.
Meanwhile, PAGASA said light to moderate with occasional heavy rains are expected within the next three hours in the following areas:
- Rizal
- Batangas (Nasugbu, Lian, Tuy, Balayan, Calaca, Calatagan, Laurel, Lemery, Talisay, Agoncillo, Tanauan, Santo Tomas)
- Quezon (General Nakar, Infanta, Real)
Also, light to moderate with occasional heavy are affecting the following and nearby areas, which may persist within three hours:
- Zambales (Palauig, Iba, San Felipe, San Marcelino, San Narciso, Subic)
- Bataan (Mariveles, Limay, Orion, Bagac, Pilar)
- Pampanga (Angeles, Mabalacat, Porac)
- Bulacan (Dona Remedios Trinidad, Norzagaray)
- Cavite (Maragondon, Indang, Amadeo)
- Laguna (San Pedro)
- Metro Manila (Muntinlupa)
- Tarlac (San Jose, Capas, Bamban)
- Nueva Ecija (Gabaldon)
PAGASA advised the public and concerned disaster risk reduction and management offices to monitor the weather condition.
