THUNDERSTORM ADVISORY: Moderate to heavy rains over parts of Metro Manila, 5 other areas (Tuesday, 2:03 a.m.)

In Thunderstorm Advisory No. 9 for NCR state weather bureau PAGASA issued at 2:03 a.m. on Tuesday October 13, 2026 stated that moderate to heavy rains with lightning and strong winds are expected over parts of Metro Manila, and five other areas.

Moderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds within the next 2 hours are expected over the following areas:

• Metro Manila (Caloocan, Valenzuela, Quezon City, and Marikina)
• Bulacan (San Miguel, San Ildefonso, San Rafael, Bustos, Baliuag, Pandi, Santa Maria, Angat, Plaridel, Pulilan, Guiguinto, Bocaue, Balagtas, Bulakan, Marilao, Meycauayan, Paombong, Calumpit, Malolos, Hagonoy, and Obando)
• Nueva Ecija (General Tinio, Gapan, San Isidro, Cabiao, Gabaldon, and Bongabon)
• Pampanga (Candaba, Arayat, San Luis, Apalit, San Simon, Santa Ana, Mexico, Minalin, Macabebe, Masantol, Santo Tomas, and San Fernando)
• Quezon (Real, Infanta, Burdeos, Polillo, Patnanungan, Jomalig, Calauag, Lopez, Guinayangan, Buenavista, Sampaloc, Lucban, Tayabas, San Francisco, and San Andres)
• Rizal (Rodriguez, San Mateo, Tanay, and Antipolo)

The above condition which may persist within 2 hours is affecting the following areas:

• Bulacan (Dona Remedios Trinidad, Norzagaray, and San Jose del Monte)
• Quezon (General Nakar, Mauban, Panukulan, and Tagkawayan)
