Cloudy with light rains forecast for Metro Manila, Visayas, parts of Luzon
The northeast monsoon will continue to affect Luzon and the Visayas on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains caused by the northeast monsoon.
Metro Manila, the Visayas and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also brought about by the northeast monsoon.
Mindanao, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Luzon and the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao will have strong winds coming from the northeast while coastal waters will be rough.
The rest of the country will have moderate to strong winds moving northeast to east while coastal waters will be moderate to rough. — BAP, GMA News
