Isolated light rain expected across the eastern PHL – PAGASA
The Bicol, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao Regions; as well as Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon, would experience partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated light rain due to the northeast monsoon, PAGASA predicted in a Tuesday morning forecast.
The rest of the country could meanwhile expect partly cloudy to cloudy conditions also due to the northeast monsoon.
Winds would be moderate to strong from the northeast over the eastern sections of the Visayas and Mindanao, where coastal waters would be moderate to rough.
Over the eastern sections of Luzon, winds would be moderate to occasionally strong from east to southeast, with moderate to occasionally rough surrounding sea conditions.
Meanwhile, winds over the rest of Luzon and the Visayas would be slight to moderate from the east to southeast with slight to moderate sea conditions.
