Cloudy skies, rains in Central, Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are expected on Tuesday as easterlies affect Central and Southern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao.

According to PAGASA's 24-hour weather forecast issued at 4 a.m., possible flash floods due to scattered light to moderate rains are also expected in Quezon, Bicol Region, Central and Eastern Visayas and Mindanao.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Possible flashfloods are also expected during severe thunderstorms.

Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands will have partly cloudy skies. —NB, GMA News
