Scattered rainshowers expected in most of PHL due to LPA, southwest monsoon

Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

The weather bureau warns that flash floods and landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Forecast wind speed for Luzon is moderate to strong moving southward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

Wind speed in the Visayas and Mindanao will be light to moderate moving east to southeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
