Cloudy skies, scattered rains in southern Mindanao due to ITCZ
An Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Southern Mindanao while the southwest monsoon will be affecting extreme Northern Luzon, PAGASA reported in its early morning weather forecast.
Zamboanga Peninsula, Bangsamoro, SOCCSKSARGEN, and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the ITCZ.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Forecast wind speed for northern and western section of northern Luzon will be moderate to strong moving southwestward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Wind speed for the rest of the country is light to moderate moving south southwest while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
