Cloudy skies, rainshowers in Western Visayas, Davao Region and Caraga due to ITCZ
The northeasterly surface windflow will prevail over Luzon on Tuesday, PAGASA reported on its early morning weather forecast.
Western Visayas, Davao Region and Caraga will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorm .
Flash floods or landslides, the weather bureau said, is possible during severe thunderstorm.
The forecast wind speed for northern Luzon is moderate to strong, moving in the northeast direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The Visayas and the rest of Luzon will have light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward with coastal waters slight to moderate.
The wind speed forecast for Mindanao is light to moderate moving northeast to east while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
