Cloudy skies, isolated rains over Metro Manila due to the easterlies

The easterlies will be  affecting the eastern section of the country on Tuesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms.

The forecast wind speed for eastern section of the country will be moderate moving  eastward while coastal waters will be moderate.

For extreme northern Luzon, the forecast wind speed is light to moderate moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

The forecast wind speed for the rest of the country is light to moderate moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. -- BAP, GMA News
