Davao, SOCCSKSARGEN, BARMM to have scattered rains due to ITCZ

The Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN and BARMM will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm on Monday due to an inter-tropical convergence zone, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands meanwhile will have cloudy skies and isolated light rains due to the northeasterly surface windflow.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Coastal waters will be moderate in Extreme Northern Luzon, and slight to moderate in the rest of the country.
